Privacy policy

What we keep

• Your details: your name, email address, and phone number. These are usually entered by your club's manager when they add you, and you can correct your name and phone on your Profile page.
• Your club and league activity: the clubs you belong to, your teams, the times you say you're available, your matches, their scores and results, and notes added to a match.
• Text message consent: if you sign up for text reminders, the number you signed up with, when you did, the exact wording you agreed to, and when you opted out, if you do.

How it's used

• To run your leagues: scheduling, results, standings, and playoffs.
• To let the players in a match reach each other. Your name, email address, and phone number are shown to the other players in your matches.
• To send you login links and emails about your matches (scheduled, rescheduled, unscheduled, or forfeited), with calendar invites.
• To send text message reminders, only if you have signed up for them.

Your club's managers and league coordinators can see the information they need to run the club and its leagues.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run Club Sport. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide their service:

• Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting the app and its server.
• MongoDB Atlas: storing the app's data.
• Resend: delivering email.
• Twilio: delivering text messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Text messages

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share or sell your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our SMS provider receives your number only to deliver the messages you signed up for.

Text reminders are optional. You'll get about one message per scheduled match. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or turn reminders off on your Profile page. Reply HELP for help. See the SMS terms for details.

Your browser

When you sign in, the app stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as request times and IP addresses. Our own logs identify players by an internal id, not by email address or phone number.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're a member of a club that uses Club Sport. Match results remain part of a league's history. To have your information corrected or your account deleted, email igor.orlanov@logiforge.com. You can correct your name and phone yourself on your Profile page.

We back up the database daily. Backups are stored privately with our hosting provider and each one is kept for 30 days, so information deleted from Club Sport can remain in a backup for up to 30 days before it's gone.

Children

Club Sport is not directed to children under 13.
